![]() Perception is, by far, my least used stat across my now several builds. Perception: 4 (Perks: All 3 Lockpicking Cards, Concentrated Fire Rank 1) What, do you wear sunglasses when you go indoors? No, you take them off when they're no longer useful, right? So if you aren't actively using a card, why have it on, right? Every SPECIAL stat in this build is considered a minimum - just enough to swap cards on demand to suit your needs, which you can add on to based on your build demands. You do NOT need to have all your perk cards equipped at all times. This brings us to the most crucial part of this build: The other three points are considered a minimum, as although no content is Strength-gated, three points should be enough to run weight reduction perks for ammo, armor, shotguns, melee, OR heavy guns, but not all - which we will get into later. Strength: 6 (Perks: Pack Rat, WR based on build)įor most of us, junk hoarding is a necessity, and attempting to do any serious amount of farming without Pack Rat is borderline suicide. ![]() I'll explain my rationale for allocating points the way I did as we go. ![]() So, I've taken the time to create what I consider to be a balanced build so that you can experience all that 76 has to offer without fudging your SPECIAL points as I did. Like most of you on this subreddit, I've been enjoying my experience thus far, but after doing a blind run and making it about halfway through my build, I realized I fucked up my SPECIAL and needed a re-work, like, big time. ![]()
